Kuroninja X Chapter 19

Chapter 19: Dark Scorpio

Kuroninja-10 was somewhere, and Kuroninja couldn’t find him. Kuroninja then heard on the news that there were Cyberninjas attacking, so he headed for the city streets, trying to get rid of the Cyberninjas.

Kuroninja then fought most of the Cyberninjas, but then a stinger appeared. It belonged to Mark Scorpio in his monster form. Mark Scorpio revealed that the Cyberninjas were a trap set up to lure Kuroninja here. He charged at Kuroninja, but Kuroninja easily defeated him, as he already defeated Mark Scorpio twice. Mark Scorpio untransformed and vowed to get revenge on Kuroninja someday.

After defeating Mark Scorpio, Kuroninja realized that Scorpio had to have gotten the Cyberninjas from somewhere. This meant that Scorpio and Anti-Kuroninja could be working together. Kuroninja decided to go to the Cyberninja Tech Company building in the city, because that must be where Mark Scorpio bought his Cyberninjas. Kuroninja was about to leave, when Ayame asked if she could go with him. KuroninjAyame then left the Kuroninja house.

Meanwhile, in the Cyberninja Tech Company office building, Mark Scorpio approached Anti-Kuroninja and said that he needed something that can make him more powerful. Anti-Kuroninja said he didn’t have anything, but then realized that Mark Scorpio had recently fought Kuroninja. Anti-Kuroninja then showed Mark Scorpio the Dark Cyber Adapter: the same Dark Cyber Adapter used to weaken KN-5, so he could be sent back to the Wasteworld. Anti-Kuroninja warned Mark Scorpio that the Dark Cyber Adapter was powerful, but it might have negative side effects. Scorpio told Anti-Kuroninja to shut up and take his money.

Outside the office building, Kuroninja and Ayame were on the rooftop, entering from there. Kuroninja went in first, avoiding all the security cameras. There were security guards and Cyberninjas patrolling the area, but Kuroninja was hidden in the shadows, so they didn’t see him. Ayame was also with Kuroninja. That was when Kuroninja went into the room that Anti-Kuroninja and Mark Scorpio were in. Anti-Kuroninja’s emerald of evil detected Kuroninja, so he got out his staff of evil and fired a green bolt of lightning at Kuroninja. Kuroninja was knocked out, and Ayame got attacked by Cyberninjas from behind. Anti-Kuroninja knew that Kuroninja was going to appear. Mark Scorpio saw this as an opportunity to get his revenge, so he put on the Dark Cyber Adapter and placed the Sasori Shuriken in the Dark Cyber Adapter. This made him transform into his mechanical humanoid scorpion monster form, except this time, it wasn’t orange. It was black with some orange glowing lines. This form was known as Scorpio Hazard Form.

Kuroninja had trouble fighting Scorpio Hazard. It was so powerful, and Scorpio punched Kuroninja in the face. Kuroninja was easily defeated by Scorpio Hazard. He tried hiding in the shadows, but Scorpio could still see him. He launched a black cloud of dark energy at Kuroninja, which missed, but it destroyed one of the walls. Kuroninja had no choice but to run. He tried running away, but was shot down by another dark energy blast.

After Kuroninja was knocked out, Mark Scorpio said “any last words?” But then, an orange portal appeared. It was Kuroninja-10, who had returned from his trials. He had with him the Garnet of Good, an orange gemstone. Kuroninja-10 held it up in the air and said “Good Change!” Some orange armour formed around Kuroninja-10’s purple suit. Kuroninja-10 now had what he called his Paradise Form. Mark Scorpio said “Another one? I’ll just defeat you easily, like I did with Kuroninja!” Mark Scorpio fired a lot of dark energy blasts at Kuroninja-10, but then Kuroninja-10 activated his powers. He summoned some orange crystals, which absorbed the dark energy and turned into fireballs. Kuroninja-10 grabbed the fireballs and shot them at Scorpio. Scorpio had been incapacitated by the fireballs.

Now it was time for Kuroninja-10 to activate his finish. Orange crystals began separating from his armour. These crystals fused together and melted to create a giant fireball. Kuroninja-10 rose up in the air and kicked the giant fireball at Mark Scorpio. Mark Scorpio untransformed from his Hazard form and was defeated. Anti-Kuroninja looked at his emerald of evil, which was glowing. He decided to retreat for now.

Later, Kuroninja and Ayame returned to Kuroninja’s house, along with Kuroninja-10. Kuroninja-10 explained that he was gone because he was taking the Paradise Trials to earn a new power up and become more useful to Kuroninja’s team. Kuroninja congratulated Kuroninja-10 for his new powerup. Then Kuroninja decided to throw a party, to welcome Kuroninja-10 back.

Meanwhile, on Cyber Island, Anti-Kuroninja was studying his emerald of evil, when a portal opened from Earth-4. DSR and his soldiers were in Cyber Island for one reason: to defeat Kuroninja.
