Kuroninja X Chapter 25

Chapter 25: Cronin’s Last Stand

On Earth-10, a purple hologram of a gold samurai wearing a red and black mask covering his entire face presented itself to a humanoid snake on a gold throne. The outside of this building was a gold tower the shape of a gold toothpick standing upright. There were Snakemen guarding the building. The gold samurai was Cronin, the leader of the Bioninja Organic Organization, who had done nothing special ever since Mark Scorpio became one of Kuroninja’s enemies.

The humanoid snake was Cronin’s master, and the master of all Snakemen: Empress Sneik. Empress Sneik was unimpressed by Cronin’s leadership of the Bioninja Organic Organization, and said that the Bioninjas were recently not doing as good as before. Empress Sneik wanted to conquer the Multiverse after finding out that it existed, when Anti-Kuroninja activated that portal, connecting Earth-1 with Earth-10. But now that all of the Yashin’iobi Trees were destroyed, and RoseRed was humiliated by a newly redeemed Ayame, the Bioninjas were useless. Cronin decided not to go easy on Kuroninja and his friends this time.

Back on Earth-1, Kuroninja was watching the news, and noticed that there was a giant tree that had suddenly grown into the ground. It was the same shape as the Yashin’iobi Trees from before, so Kuroninja knew that they had to be destroyed, or else more Bioninja monsters would appear. So far, only Snakemen and Big Snakemen were attacking people from this giant tree. Kuroninja, Ayame, Sakura, Yuri, Ran, and Kuroninja-10 headed to the giant tree, ready for battle.

As soon as they got there, the Bioninja Sentai Hanaranger were at the front gate, guarding the entrance to this weird tree structure. Ayame, along with Sakura and Yuri, decided that they needed to hold off the Bioninja Hanarangers so that the others could get through. While they fought each other, Kuroninja, Ran, and Kuroninja-10 entered the weird tree thingy.

After fighting off a lot of Snakemen, Kuroninja and the others found the core of the giant Yashin’iobi Tree. Kuroninja-10 got out his sword, ready to destroy the core, but then Cronin appeared, in new samurai armour designed for fighting. He had with him a bladed flute shaped like a boomerang. Kuroninja knew that Deathryuger would be upset if he saw that weapon. Cronin headed for Kuroninja-10, but Kuroninja dived in the way and blocked the attack. Then Cronin and Kuroninja took the fight outside, while the 2 Orchid Ninjas tried to find a way to destroy the core.

Kuroninja was almost leading, but Cronin was more powerful than usual. He got out his boomerang flute blade and threw it at Kuroninja, putting him on the ground. Cronin said that Kuroninja was weak without the Snakeforce. Kuroninja asked how Cronin knew what the Snakeforce was.

Cronin then revealed that he got his power from the Snakeforce’s creator, Empress Sneik. Kuroninja then said that even without the Snakeforce, he had another power from when the Bioninjas were irrelevant. Kuroninja then summoned a red stone and transformed.

“GOOD CHANGE!”

Red armour formed around Kuroninja, transforming him into Omega Kuroninja. Omega Kuroninja then took Cronin out easily with his finisher.

Suddenly, Cronin just stood there instead of falling over, like monsters usually did. His samurai armour broke, revealing a pile of snakes. The pile of snakes escaped in opposite directions. That was when Kuroninja remembered the core had to be destroyed. He picked up the flute blade thingy and went back inside the tree. Then he threw the blade at the core, destroying it.

The tree exploded, but everyone was fine. The Bioninja Sentai Hanarangers retreated after seeing that the giant Yashin’iobi Tree was gone.

For now, the Bioninja Organic Organization was defeated. However, inside the Bioninja lab, a clone of Kuroninja-10 awoke. He was covered in vines, and he had an orchid on his shoulder. This was an evil clone of Kuroninja-10 known as Ajnin Dihcro.
