Kuroninja X Episode 8

Chapter 8: Deadly Nightshade

In the headquarters of the Bioninja Organic Organization, Cronin knew he needed to get rid of Kuroninja, or else he wouldn’t be able to plant any Yashin’iobi Trees outside of his base. RoseRed, the leader of the evil Bioninja Sentai Hanaranger, asked Cronin if she and the other Hanarangers could go. Cronin said that now was not the time, and he already finished a weapon that could stop Kuroninja: a cyborg ninja known as Nightshade.

Nightshade appeared in front of Cronin, and awaited its orders. Cronin told Nightshade to attack Kuroninja if he ever attacked a Bioninja monster. Cronin then approached his computer. He was planning on capturing Cyberninjas, to see if he could create another plant/robot hybrid.

Meanwhile, Kuroninja, Kuroninja-10, and the Flowery Kunoichi Team were celebrating, because they destroyed all the Yashin’iobi Trees in the city. They decided to celebrate by playing a game of Fortresses and Fantasies, and Kuroninja was the GM. Kuroninja-10’s fighter was about to slay a troll that was attacking the city, but then Kuroninja heard some screeching outside. He decided to follow it, pausing the game.

Kuroninja followed the screeching, and saw a large silhouette of a vulture above him. However, this wasn’t a vulture. It was a humanoid vulture monster with the Bioninja Organic Organization’s emblem on it. It had been tamed by Cronin to retrieve stuff for him. Kuroninja followed the vulture to a Cyberninja Tech Company building, where it destroyed the window and flew out holding a Cyberninja on its feet. Kuroninja knew he needed to stop the vulture monster, even though he didn’t know why the Bioninja Organic Organization needed Cyberninjas.

Suddenly, a green Shuriken, in the shape of some leaves, was thrown at Kuroninja. Kuroninja looked towards the direction of the Shuriken and saw Nightshade, a robotic ninja with black armour and green leaves covering the face and the shoulders. Kuroninja realized that the Bioninjas created this robot from Neocyberninja Black. But it was now known as Nightshade. Nightshade pulled out a Neocyberninja Sword, attacking Kuroninja rapidly. Kuroninja felt scared, and his fist started glowing again. He punched Nightshade, but it had no effect. Kuroninja had no choice but to escape using the Kage Shuriken. Unfortunately, he lost the vulture monster.

On Cyber Island, Anti-Kuroninja found out about the vulture monster stealing Cyberninjas from the building. He knew he needed to do something, but then remembered that there was a shipment of Cyberninjas being sent from the Cyberninja Factory to Japan. This gave him a good idea.

Meanwhile, Kuroninja needed to find a way to stop Nightshade. He knew that it was strong enough to stop the unexplained power that kept appearing every time Kuroninja was about to lose, but it wasn’t unstoppable. Then he remembered that he used a paralysis Shuriken to take it down. There was only one left. Kuroninja had to use it.

Later, Kuroninja went for a walk, waiting for Nightshade. But Nightshade never showed up. Instead, Kuronnja saw the same vulture monster from before, flying towards the docks. Kuroninja ran after it, but was stopped by Nightshade. Kuroninja tried to reach Nightshade, but couldn’t get the paralysis shuriken close enough. Their ninja swords began to clash.

In the docks, the vulture monster was ready to steal the large shipment full of Cyberninjas. The shipment was very big, so the vulture had to carry the Cyberninjas to the Bioninja Organic Organization one by one. It did this for 5 minutes, and there was only half of the shipment left. But Anti-Kuroninja showed up. The vulture monster prepared to attack Anti-Kuroninja, but then he pulled out an emerald. Anti-Kuroninja let go of the emerald, which began to float. Anti-Kuroninja then announced:

“Evil Change!”

The emerald then vanished, summoning armour for Anti-Kuroninja. The armour then formed on Anti-Kuroninja, and Anti-Kuroninja also had a fork with 2 prongs to use as a weapon.

Snakemen began to appear, to protect the vulture monster. But then, Anti-Kuroninja snapped his fingers, and the Cyberninjas came to life. Normally, Cyberninjas had yellow eyes, but these Cyberninjas had green eyes. They formed a wall and fought the Snakemen, so now, Anti-Kuroninja could fight the vulture monster. He summoned chains to restrain the vulture monster. It couldn’t fly away anymore. Then Anti-Kuroninja’s fork started glowing. He threw it at the vulture monster, and the fork stabbed its heart. Then Anti-Kuroninja rose into the air, and kicked through the vulture monster. The vulture monster then exploded, and Anti-Kuroninja untransformed back into his normal suit.

Meanwhile, Nightshade had pinned Kuroninja down. But then, Kuroninja stabbed Nightshade with the paralysis Shuriken. Nightshade was down. Kuroninja then escaped, but as soon as he escaped, one of the vines on Nightshade’s shoulder began to move. The vines took a small purple berry from the shoulder of Nightshade, and placed it inside a hole in the back of Nightshade. Nightshade was reactivated thanks to this berry, and they grew back. Kuroninja knew that Nightshade was harder to defeat than he thought, but he also found a potential weak spot.

As Kuroninja was walking back to his house, he thought he saw someone following him. But they were gone.
